An Adventure Crowned with Success and Full of Promise

In March 1993, when they were only 21 and 20 years old, brothers Christophe and Olivier Beauvais founded Plaisirs Gastronomiques. Jean-Philippe Beauvais, the youngest of the three brothers, joined the business in 1996. It marked the beginning of an adventure leading straight to success. Today, as they head up a business of some 350 employees that has established an enviable position in the Canadian ready-to-eat market, the Beauvais brothers view their expansion in the Canadian and Quebec with optimism. The Plaisirs Gastronomiques brand has become the hallmark of quality and innovation in Quebec's ready-to-eat market and this recognition will grow with impactful television advertising and regular new product introductions.
