Our flavourful and generous couscous royal will make your taste buds travel, for the time of a meal. This dish includes a homestyle couscous preparation made with tender lamb meat, slightly spicy merguez sausages, juicy chicken drumsticks and hand cut vegetables for a real homemade experience. The dry wheat semolina is also included, for an all-in-one meal solution.
Heat the couscous royal preparation
If the preparation is frozen, thaw in refrigerator before heating.
In boiling water
Place bag in a properly sized pot and cover with cold water. Bring water to a low boil and heat for approximately 25–30 minutes.
Cook the boil-in-bag semolina
After heating the preparation, cook the semolina so it is hot when the couscous is served.
In boiling water
Do not open the bag before cooking. Place bag in boiling water for 1 1/2 minutes. Important: the pot must have a diameter of at least the length of the bag.
Remove bag from water using a draining spoon or tongs and let drain for 30–45 seconds. Caution: product will be hot! Open bag, pour the semolina on a plate and fluff with a fork. For more flavour, add a drizzle of olive oil or a teaspoon of butter to the semolina.
Serve the dish either on top of or beside the semolina. Enjoy.

PREPARATION: chicken, chicken broth (water, chicken broth), lamb, cabbage, merguez sausages (lamb, beef, water, spice mix (dextrose, potassium chloride, sugar, sodium erythorbate)), chickpeas, zucchinis, carrots, turnip, onions, tomato paste, chopped garlic (garlic, canola oil, citric acid), modified corn starch, salt, herb, spices.
