This heartwarming puff pastry with a Maritime twist is easy and quick to prepare, and oh so good! It is made with a light butter puff pastry crust and a filling of Pacific salmon flakes, shrimps and vegetables in a creamy white sauce.
Cooking times may vary depending on the appliance used.
Preheat oven to 190 °C (375 °F). Remove puff pastry from plastic wrapping and place in oven. Heat for 25 minutes, or to your liking. For best flavour, let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
IF THE PUFF PASTRY IS FROZEN: Do not thaw it before heating. Preheat oven to 180 °C (350 °F). Remove puff pastry from plastic wrapping and place in oven. Heat for 40 minutes, or to your liking.
Preheat barbecue by lighting one burner only. Remove puff pastry from plastic wrapping and place over the unlit burner. Close the barbecue lid and heat for 15 minutes, or to your liking.
Can be frozen.
If the puff pastry is frozen, do not thaw it before heating. Please refer to the instructions above for more details.
