Quiches Spinach quiche 550 g

With its red bell peppers, spinach and 4-cheese blend (including aged cheddar!) in an egg & cream mixture, this quiche is not only delicious but also nutritious and a source of energy.

Preparation

Cooking times may vary depending on the appliance used.

For Best Results

Heat in conventional oven. 

Conventional oven

Preheat oven to 190 °C (375 °F). Remove quiche from plastic wrapping and place in oven. Heat for 25 minutes, or to your liking.

IF THE QUICHE IS FROZEN: Do not thaw it before heating. Preheat oven to 180 °C (350 °F). Remove quiche from plastic wrapping and place in oven. Heat for 40 minutes, or to your liking.

Microwave oven

Remove the quiche from the plastic wrapping and place in the center of the microwave's turntable. The plate must not, under any circumstances, touch the walls of the oven. Heat one plate at a time. Heat on maximum power for 3 to 4 minutes or until desired doneness. It is important that the quiche is whole. Our aluminum plates can be used safely in the microwave oven.

Barbecue

Preheat barbecue by lighting one burner only. Remove quiche from plastic wrapping and place over the unlit burner. Close the barbecue lid and heat for 15 minutes, or to your liking.

Storage & Handling

Keep refrigerated.
Can be frozen.

Pastry: Unbleached wheat flour, Modified palm oil, Canola oil, Water, Sugars (dextrose), Salt, Vinegar, Calcium propionate.
